Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States.

 

Processing: orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery estimates (after processing):

Standard shipping: 10-20 business days. $8, or FREE on orders over $70 USD.

Express shipping: 7-12 business days. $15.

 

Your items ship from our partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Duties and taxes: prices do not include any import duties or taxes your country may charge on delivery.

 

Lost or late packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, message us through our Contact page and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
